All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us to get a return address and permission. Returned items without permission will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
*Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package's shipped out. Amazing quality hair! The curls are beautiful!The hair is Super long thick and cute. The lace bleaches nice! You are most beautiful when you install it. The perfect length and volume make sure the wig seems natural on me. The wig cap suitable for me well, it's very comfortable.And it also has the elastic bands can be adjusted to suitable ur head well.Definitely buy this hair!!

I must say I am in love with this wig ❤️ it is pre-pulled and has tiny knots. The lace is thin. The quality of the hair is so good that I was surprised to get it at such an affordable price . The unit is soft and full.
