Shipping and Delivery：

All international orders can be shipped from China.

Main shipping methods: DHL, FEDEX, UPS, GES express

Time:

United States : Ship by DHL, FEDEX,UPS ,5-7 working days to arrive with regular free shipping

Canada: Ship by DHL, 5-7 working days to arrive with regular free shipping

Europen Country （UK,FR,NL,etc）:  Ship by GES ,7-9 working days to arrive with regular free shipping

South Africa :  Ship by Aramex ,9-11 working days to arrive with regular free shipping

If there is some delay in delivery due to force majeure.

Packing and Shipping :

    The processing time is the time we need to process your shipment after we receive your order and physically dispatch it. It is usually 2 business day.

    Please note that the processing time may be longer if your personal shipping info is wrong, or your address undeliverable, or other unexpected issues come up. In that case, we will contact you within 24 hours.

BOX & Po.Box & Military Base

    Boxes, Military addresses (APO, FPO) cannot be delivered. Please leave a physical address for your order.

About Tax

    If customs duties are imposed in the recipient’s country/region, the taxes will be paid by the customer.

    The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

    The buyer need to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.
