European Union 14 day cooling off period

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us to get a return address and permission. Returned items without permission will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
*Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package's shipped out. Just installed as I'm doing this review and so far so good . I bleached the knots and plucked it a little more but it's still hold it's curls it does have minimal shedding as it's expected because it's a curl type . It's in its natural state right now but looks just as good when it's wet . I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great wig with a reasonable price. I will be ordering soon !

Easy to work with and install. Hair is not too nappy and tangled. I literally love the highlights!

I just wanna say this wig is everything. There is no bad smell when it was first opened. The frontal is a full frontal no t part. The hair is very soft and still is after bleaching the knots, and just a good wash. True to length and full to ends.
