We have a 30-days return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. European Union 14 day cooling off period

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us to get a return address and permission. Returned items without permission will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
*Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package's shipped out. Taxes and shipping fees generated from returning will be paid by the buyer, the final refund amount will be the order price misused our receiving cost like tax and processing fee, etc.

Beautiful Wig❤️

I received my wig just in time for Mother’s Day and my daughter graduation. And I can honestly say that this is a beautiful fabulous wig so far. Yes it’s soft, yes it sheds(normal),yes it curls perfectly, it’s definitely true to it’s length. 22” 180% 5X5 Lace Body Wave. Give it at least a week for delivery. This is my first time ordering from Karlami and was nervous about placing my order. And as you can see, it was worth it.
