All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us to get a return address and permission. Returned items without permission will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
*Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package's shipped out. Taxes and shipping fees generated from returning will be paid by the buyer, the final refund amount will be the order price misused our receiving cost like tax and processing fee, etc.

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW!!!This is the best wig I’ve ever had! It is soo thick I love the curls and it’s DEFINITELY true to length feels like REAL human hair unlike the ones on Amazon will Definitely be buying again!(32 inch)

The hair is cute but it's only to wear for like 2 days MAX . It sheds ALOT & gets really nappy & tangled but the lace is fire & the color is cute ...

Love this color and the curls!! I would’ve liked if the hairline was a little more plucked (I plucked more)but besides that I’m in love!

This wig is horrible! The hair gets tangled and matted and sheds bad! I will never purchase from this company again.
