European Union 14 day cooling off period

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us to get a return address and permission. Returned items without permission will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
*Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package's shipped out. Taxes and shipping fees generated from returning will be paid by the buyer, the final refund amount will be the order price misused our receiving cost like tax and processing fee, etc.

This wig is full and thickkkk, it came ready to wear out of the box. It also came with a lot of goodies which I loveee!! It’s full !! Lace came cut, it had an elastic band inside for glueless install. The knots is small & was bleached really really good. It had no smell and did not shed at all. I love ittttt!!

This is one of the best wigs I have ever had! It totally suits me because it doesn’t require much styling. It came pre-plucked and pre-cut; just take it straight out the bag and put it on. It even comes with a bonnet, edge comb, and edges band. I love the drawstring at the back and the adjustable strap. The wig is glueless so you can wear it out, take it off anytime, and put it right back on. Super convenient and beginner-friendly! The hair is absolutely beautiful, soft. Nothing bad to say about this wig! Great value for money and definitely a buy you won’t regret!

The wig is really nice I would recommend it to anyone who likes curls last even after washing the only down side was when I first received it and put product on it it seemed like it already had product on it and it does shed when detailing daily other than that the hair is worth the price
