European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us to get a return address and permission. Returned items without permission will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
*Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package's shipped out. The curly wig matches me well. This is my first attempt at this hairstyle. I like lace and curly patterns. There is also baby hair around the hairline,which is very natural. I like this hair. Recommend 100%!!

Very surprised!! The deep wave is as beautiful as the photo. I like its length. The hair is super soft, with transparent lace and small knots. Baby hair is really natural and excellent. I love it!

The best!! Got so many compliments, no smell & barely sheds

This hairrrrrr omg. I love it fr, this is my first time buying from them & the hair is honestly really good. It’s so soft it even washed it and there were little to no tangles. It is very full, I don’t think it was at first but after the wash it puffed up. It’s true to length the ends are just a tiny bit thin & it did come with a smell but after you wash it & add your own products it should go away. Also it got here very fast it was supposed to get here March 13 & it was delivered the 10th soo yea I really love this hair.

It is very dense and full, and the hair has no smell, no knots, and does not fall off easily. It's easy to install,and it is very easy to style. I can honestly say that this is the best wig I've ever had. The length is great!
