European Union 14 day cooling off period

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team. You need to contact us to get a return address and permission. Returned items without permission will not be accepted.

All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, come with all original tags and their original packaging.

Items returned within 30 days since your original order receipt are eligible for a refund. For full refund requests, items must be returned to their original state unaltered, unworn, undamaged and with tags attached to original packaging. Please make sure the hair is INTACT and the LACE has NOT been cut. For partial refund requests, contact customer service first, and send the items back after confirmation. Once the returned item is received and inspected with label No Problem, refund will be processed to the previous payment account.
*Please note that free gifts should be returned together with the main products. After the return request is agreed, the package can be shipped back to the address given by the customer service. Please kindly send an email with your order number and return the shipping number after the package's shipped out. Wonderful wig the quality is so amazing and the lace is truly HD I bought this for my holiday and I am ever excited it also does not Frey away and it’s secure and smooth and soft. It came with two wig caps and an extra strong band I will definitely order again

The hair is so pretty and soft. The knots are small and it comes with edges out… It’s nicely packaged and came within a week.

What a surprise...I got it really fast. when i received it ,i am so amazed about its quallity .I absolutely loveeee this hair, The hair is soft and beautiful.It's really thick and the length is real. I fingered it and it didn't fall off. the lace is nice, it melts easily, and the knot is not too big. Only the density is not very full ,but after washing it is better .The amplitude of the body wave is very good. This is laudable!!!!

This wig is a 10/10.GET...THIS...HAIR!!!real beginner friendly.the lace is so transparent and it melted easily.There is no detachment,no entanglement,and no foul odor.Hair is very soft, of moderate length,and easy to install.This wig is very top-notch and I love everything about it.no shedded so far.
